Eversight is committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in our organization, and to being part of the ongoing discussion and supporting efforts for positive societal change. We recognize that while we have made some good progress on diversity within our company, there is much more to be done. We are working to expand our talent sourcing channels and increase our recruiting reach into Black communities and other under-represented communities of color. We are ensuring that our recruiting partners do the same.
We are also focusing our employee volunteer program, Eversight for Good, on supporting under-represented communities, and especially Black communities. Eversight for Good gives each Eversight employee two paid volunteer days annually to engage in and give back to their local communities. This year we will be engaging in distance tutoring and reading programs for communities that have been particularly hard hit by COVID-19 and the resulting school closures.
